This is a non-exclusive distribution arrangement.

• Gain approval for the recordings to be sold by bandit.fm from artist management, the venue, publishers and if applicable the artist’s label.
• Create the recordings and upload the mp3s to the bandit.fm service in accordance with the specifications set out in Technical specification document.
• Complete the Excel Spreadsheet “bandit.fm Performance Data”. This will be provided to the artist after approval of this application. In this document the artist or band must set wholesale prices for both the tracks and album bundle.
• If they choose to create physical vouchers from the unique digital voucher codes numbers provided by bandit.fm for sale at merchandise desk etc. bandit.fm can organise the creation of these physical vouchers on request and for a separate fee.

• Receive and ingest the content and make it ready for sale by the required date.
• Provide the artist with the requested number of voucher codes in a excel spreadsheet.
• Provide a customised landing page for the redemption of the voucher and the download of the content.
• Pay the required publishing costs to APRA and AMCOS on behalf of the artist.
• Provide reporting to the Artist on sales of content from bandit.fm and redemption of vouchers. The reporting will outline commissions due to the artists and amounts outstanding to bandit.fm.
• Provide customer service to support the campaign.

• If the Artist/Band is not signed to a label which has an agreement with bandit.fm, 38% of the retail price ex gst broken down as a distribution fee of 30% and 8% to cover publishing costs. Note that if the publishing fee charged by APRA/AMCOS increases the publishing fee component will increase accordingly.
• If the Artist/Band is signed to a label which has a distribution agreement with bandit.fm, the agreed margin as covered by the distribution agreement with that label.

The application form below is to be completed by Artists and Bands and submitted to bandit.fm for approval. It is in bandit.fm’s complete discretion to approve the application form. If bandit.fm approves the application form, it will then issue an agreement.

bandit.fm will provide communication on whether the application form has been approved within 72 hours of lodgement.

bandit.fm reserves the right to charge a non refundable deposit to the Artist to cover publishing and distribution in case of a default. This deposit will be taken into account from eventual royalty payments to the artist.
