I forgot my password, what can I do?


If you are having trouble logging into your account firstly make sure that you are typing your email address and password correctly. If you are still having issues, click on 'Login' on the top navigation bar and once the login prompt appears, click on 'Forgotten your password?' to have bandit.fm send you an email containing a link to reset your password. If you are still having problems, visit our support page and send us a support request.

I can't login to my account, what can I do?

How do I change my password?


In order to change your password you need to log into your account. Once logged in, click on ‘ME’ in the top navigation bar and click ‘Change Password’. Enter your existing password in the first field, your new password in the second and finally confirm your password in the third field. Now click 'UPDATE' and your new password is set.

What Payment Methods do you support?


Visa, Mastercard, American Express

How do I create an account?


Creating an account on bandit.fm is easy! Simply click on 'SIGN UP' in the top navigation bar. Now choose one of the supported social services to login with or choose to sign up to bandit.fm directly. That’s it!
If you have a payment method, we will ask you for more information. This is to provide our Customer Service team with the information necessary to support you.

How do I login?


In order to login, click on 'LOGIN' on the top right-hand side of the bandit.fm navigation bar. Once the login page appears, choose the login method that you registered with. If you can’t remember the registration method, click “Forgotten password?” to have bandit.fm send you an email containing a link to reset your password. If you are still having problems, visit our support page and send us a support request.

How do I add credit?


You can add credit to your account by redeeming vouchers (from selected partners). Sign in by clicking ‘LOGIN’ in the top navigation bar. Now click the ‘ME’ account drop down and click ‘Enter voucher’

I have a voucher. Where do I go to redeem it?


If you received a voucher from one of our partners, it’s likely that there will be instructions provide with the voucher. You can also redeem a voucher by clicking ‘LOGIN’ in the top navigation bar. Now click the ‘ME’ account drop down and click ‘Enter voucher’

I want to change the details that I registered with bandit.fm, how can I do this?


To view and change your personal details, login and click the ‘ME’ account drop down. Now click Update details. If you signed up with Facebook, you will now be prompted to enter a new password to secure your account with. You can now update your details and click on the 'UPDATE' button to save.

How do I logout of my account once I have finished using the store?


To logout of your account, click the ‘ME’ account drop down. Now click on the 'Logout' link.

What will my purchases appear as on my credit card statement?


Purchases made on Bandit.fm will appear under 'Sony Music Entertainment' on your credit card statement.

Yes, as long as your computer meets the minimum system requirements you will be able to access all of the features of bandit.fm

Yes, as long as your computer meets the minimum system requirements you will be able to access all of the features of bandit.fm

I am using an iPhone or iPad to browse bandit.fm. Can I download music to my device?


Apple does not currently support downloading music via a browser. Please visit bandit.fm on Android or Desktop.

How do I download?


In order to download audio from bandit.fm you need to register and create a user account. Once you have registered with bandit.fm and added pre-paid credit (from selected partners), earned reward points or add payment details such as Credit Card or PayPal to your account, you can browse until you find a track, album or merchandise which you want to purchase. To buy with credit or a payment method, click on the 'Buy' button corresponding to your selection. To buy with reward points, click on the ‘Use’ button corresponding to your selection. You will be prompted to confirm, click 'CONFIRM'. Now click ‘DOWNLOAD’.
Modern browsers will automatically download the file to your Downloads directory.

I am unable to preview music on the bandit.fm site, what should I do?


If you are having issues with audio streaming on bandit.fm, ensure that your computer configuration meets the system requirements listed in the FAQ. If your computer meets the requirements, try restarting your web browser and accessing bandit.fm again. If you are still experiencing problems, visit the support page and send us a support request providing as much information about your particular issue as possible including Operating System and Browser version.

What are the system requirements to allow me to view bandit.fm?


bandit.fm supports the following operating systems:
- Windows XP and above
- Mac OS X and above
- Android 2.3 and above
- iOS 5.0 and above

In order to experience the full functionality of bandit.fm you will need one of the following web browsers:
- Chrome – version 10 and above
- Internet Explorer - version 9.0 and above
- Mozilla Firefox - version 3.5 and above
- Safari - version 4.0 and above

Javascript and Cookies must also be enabled

How do I add music purchased from bandit.fm to my iTunes library?


In order to add tracks purchased from bandit.fm to your iTunes library, follow the steps below:

1. Open iTunes

2. From the File menu, choose one of the following choices:
* Mac - Add to Library
* Windows - Add File to Library - Add Folder to Library

3. Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add. The file or folder that you select should now be imported into your iTunes library.

What countries is bandit.fm available in?


bandit.fm can be accessed from any country to browse and stream content. The purchase of downloads is currently only available in Australia and New Zealand, although we hope to offer this feature to other countries in the near future.

I am having some difficulty in viewing some sections of the bandit.fm website. What should I do?


Refer to the system requirements section above to ensure that your computers configuration meets the minimum requirements of the site.
